Qigong for health and self-healing
A gentle, effective set of forms and meditation founded in the teachings of Dr Pang Ming. The emphasis is on healing yourself: physically first, and as you progress, emotionally and spiritually.
In this class you'll learn
- A simple set of exercises to awaken Qi throughout the body
- How to activate the three life-force centres (Tan Tien)
- How to direct Qi into areas of your body that need attention
- How to create a "Qi field" in meditation, alone or in a group
